F.A.Q for Members and Guests - Please Read!!!

First of all, I would like to welcome you to the SG Digital Entertainment Hub and hope you would quickly register yourself in this forum to participate our forums activities.

If you face any problem during registration or even login problem, these might be some of the reasons as stated below.

A. You have register your for account but the activation email address provided during registration is wrong thus unable to activate your account.

B. Username been register by someone when you try to register. Please note that we will not be able to delete or allow you to have the register nick if the Username have been register by other members.

C. You have register your account with us but unable to activated because the account is banned.

D. You tried to login but you see a banned notice, the reason could be that you are using an IP address been previously register by another account that is under the banned list from our forums.

and any other related issues.

Please take note that Any accounts that is been registered and not been activated by members will be deleted in 48 hours.
